NIGHTLY: $189 per night. AFTER 5/25/23 rates are $189 weeknights(Sunday through Thursday) and $199 per night weekends (Friday and Saturday) and holidays. All rates based on double occupancy. Two night minimum , Three night minimum for holiday weekends
WEEKLY: $1300 per week based on double occupancy. There is a $50 upcharge for weeks involving holidays.

Cabin
NIGHTLY: $159 per night based on double occupancy. Two night minimum. Three night minimum for holiday weekends.

Additional Guests
*$20 per person(age 3 and up) per night. Maximum of 4 people or one family per unit consisting of mother, father and children under the age of 18
*Just as couples would most likely not share a hotel room, we strongly suggest each couple getting their own cabin or chalet to allow for comfort and privacy for all.

Fifty percent of stay is due at time of reservation and remainder of balance is due at check-in. Holiday stays must be paid in full at time of reservation. Balance of reserving 2 or more units must be paid in full by 30 days prior to dates of stay.
$200 security deposit due upon check-in (cash or credit card accepted) to be refunded if no damage or missing items.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to stay for a refund less $35 per unit processing fee. Reservation changes are treated the same as cancellations. Do not make a reservation if you are not sure.
VISITORS: Bluff Point of View and it's facilities are for use only by it's registered guests. NO VISITORS. This is our policy in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests.
PETS: No pets allowed.
CLEANING FEE: Cabin/chalets are expected to be left in the same condition it was when you checked in (dishes cleaned and put away, floor broom swept, garbage emptied, no stains on furniture, food removed, etc). A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for cabins/chalets left dirty.
FIREWOOD: No firewood may be brought onto Bluff Point of View grounds as per NYSDEC regulations. One complimentary bundle of firewood is provided per unit per stay and additional bundles are available for a small fee.
