NIGHTLY: $125 per night based on double occupancy. Two night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum for holiday weekends.

Additional Guests
*$20 per person per night. Maximum of 4 people or one family per unit consisting of mother, father and children under the age of 18
*Just as couples would most likely not share a hotel room, we strongly suggest each couple getting their own cabin or chalet to allow for comfort and privacy for all.

Fifty percent of stay is due at time of reservation and remainder of balance is due at check-in. Holiday stays must be paid in full at time of reservation.
$200 security deposit due upon check-in (cash or credit card accepted) to be refunded if no damage or missing items.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be 30 days prior to stay for a refund less $30 per unit processing fee. Reservation changes are treated the same as cancellations. Do not make a reservation if you are not sure.
VISITORS: Bluff Point of View and it's facilities are for use only by it's registered guests. No visitors. This is our policy in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests.
PETS: No pets allowed.
FIREWOOD: No firewood may be brought onto Bluff Point of View grounds as per NYSDEC regulations. One complimentary bundle of firewood is provided per unit per stay and additional bundles are available for a small fee.
